Summary
: The life of Go Eun Chan is not easy; she works many jobs to pay off debts and even gave up her feminine image. Choi Han Kyul is the heir of a big food company, but his grandmother wants him to settle down, so she arranged many dates for him. After Eun Chan bumped into Han Kyul and was mistaken for a boy, Han Kyul decided to hire Eun Chan to be his gay lover in order to avoid the arranged dates. Desperately in need of money, Eun Chan had no choice but to accept. Han Kyul's grandmother also made Han Kyul in charge of a filthy coffee shop in danger of being bankrupt. Eun Chan begged to work at the coffee shop, and not long after, feelings start to spark, except, how will Han Kyul accept his "homosexuality"?

This summary is incorrect. Maybe you're thinking of the manga? The main character of the drama cross-dresses but for different reasons.

yeah, i think most of the summary out there are incorrect in saying: "Go Eun Chan, disguises herself as a man in order to avoid an arranged marriage".

It should instead be: "As Choi Han Kyul had thought Go Eun Chan was a man, she disguises herself so as to be able to earn a living. In addition, her disguise/work helps Choi Han Kyul to avoid an arranged marriage.".

better?

As noted in the first comment, the synopsis seems a bit off. Here’s a detailed Synopsis I found from MYKOfan (site also includes videos, photos, articles, episode recaps, and message boards)

Ever been mistaken as the opposite sex? Go Eun-Chan (Yoon Eun-Hye) encounters this as part of her everyday life as she looks and acts the average male while working hard to support her family. After her father’s death it was up to her to drop out of school and work hard in order to earn a living. From being a delivery “boy,” taekwondo instructor, and even peeling chestnuts, Eun-Chan’s done it all! Even though she lives the hard life, she couldn’t be more happy supporting her family.

Over an unusual turn of events, Eun-Chan meets Choi Han-Kyul (Gong Yoo), who assumes Eun-Chan is a boy, and decides to team up with him and pretend to be his “boyfriend” in order to chase away the many women who want to be his future wife, and of course so Eun-Chan can earm money while doing it!

While Eun-Chan doesn’t mind pretending to be a boy and letting Han-Kyul assume what he wants about her sexual orientation, she slowly begins to grow feelings for him…

At the same time, Han-Kyul can’t seem to get Eun-Chan out of his mind! This is crazy! Han-Kyul is the most testosterone filled man there ever was, and yet he’s beginning to realize he likes Eun-Chan…

This drama will beautifully portray the human characteristics of love, confusion, happiness, and self-identity as Han-Kyul fights with his own beliefs as he slowly falls in love with Eun-Chan.

I have just recently watched Coffee Price in GMA-7 and i must say, I was striken to the bones.
I wonder how did the Writers come up with a very fantastic story. The scenes are worth-remembering and what makes the drama profoundly tremendous is the way it expresses human experiences, its non-ending committment for love and eternal passion for a genuine love affair. Its hard to disguise! but sooner or later she will reveal her identity! Love you Eun Chan....
