Summary: GARO (牙狼-GARO-, GARO?, literally "Fanged Wolf" in English) is a Japanese tokusatsu television series. This series is considered by some to be a turning point in tokusatsu entertainment, as it was marketed towards adults and older teenagers, as opposed to younger children. The show contains graphic violence, nudity, and mature themes. It was marketed as a "Hyper Midnight Action Drama." On December 15 and December 22, 2006, a special entitled GARO Special: Beast of the White Night aired. (The special is in two parts, each part 50 minutes long.)
